THIS INVESTIGATIVE report by David Horowitz and Richard Poe examines the growing power of billionaire global investor George Soros over U.S. politics. It served as the original impetus and inspiration for the New York Times bestseller The Shadow Party: How George Soros, Hillary Clinton and Sixties Radicals Siezed Control of the Democratic Party, by the same authors (Thomas Nelson, 2006).

Published FrontPage in three installments, on October 6, 7 and 11, 2004, the series was subsequently released in pamphlet form (see photo left).
David Horowitz used the report as a springboard for his Shadow Party Project, launched on October 28, 2004 — a national media campaign aimed at exposing the radical left’s silent takeover of the Democratic Party.
The Shadow Party Project operates under the auspices of the David Horowitz Freedom Center (DHFC).
In August 2006, Thomas Nelson, Inc. released The Shadow Party: How George Soros, Hillary Clinton and Sixties Radicals Siezed Control of the Democratic Party, by David Horowitz and Richard Poe. The book expands upon the findings of the original “Shadow Party” series, linked below.
